Cissell's new 55-pound drying tumbler is the perfect blend of speed, extra capacity and efficiency, all in a space-saving package.

"We built this new tumbler to fill a need in both coin and on-premises laundry markets - the need for a large capacity tumbler that fits through a 36-inch doorway," said Dave Phillips, Cissell national sales manager. "The dryer's best selling point, however, is its excellent efficiency."

In addition to fitting through a standard door opening, the tumbler is a foot shorter than its 50-pound counterpart. The design maximizes cylinder capacity, while not wasting any cabinet space.

In-house testing has shown it outperforms full-size 50-pound tumblers both in speed and energy efficiency. This performance is due to an axial airflow pattern, which ensures all heated air is used in drying the load. The results are reduced energy usage and faster drying times.

For coin laundry owners, the 55's speed and energy efficiency equate to improved profitability and better traffic flow as customers can speed through the drying process. While on-premises laundries benefit from lower utility consumption and greater throughput.

The tumbler is offered in gas and electric models and comes backed by Cissell's three-year warranty.
